JS Parker – Colour and Surface

Exhibition of recent paintings by Marlborough’s nationally acclaimed abstract painter JS Parker, who passed away in August 2017. Colour & Surface includes two of his last large canvasses never previously exhibited, and a selection of smaller studies and recent paintings.
At the same time, an exhibition at the Millennium Public Art Gallery in Blenheim will launch a book of poems by JS Parker from the 1960s to 2017 accompanied by his beautiful drawings. The book launch is on 16 December at 4pm at the Millennium in Blenheim.
