Josh Bashford finds inspiration in birdlife, waterfalls, soaring kererū, family connections and the places he inhabits – both New Zealand and Samoa – grounding himself in a time of pandemic, and finding renewal as we cope with lockdown. An evolution of his Regeneration series showing new confidence, and further themes emerging from this fast rising master of woodcut on canvas.
